Signing in and finding your home

Use the same Apple, Google or email account you used before. Email accounts need to be verified. There is no guest mode. If two devices have different saved layouts, the game asks which home to keep and preserves a copy before switching.

A purchase hasn’t arrived

Stay signed in to the Lantern Lane account that bought the pack. Open Shop and choose Retry purchase delivery. Please don’t purchase the pack again. Include the pack name, approximate purchase date and app version when contacting us. Never send your password, full payment-card number or sign-in codes.

Apple handles payments and refund requests. You can request a refund from Apple. Approved refunds adjust the corresponding in-game currency; if it has already been spent, later earnings first settle that balance.

Free gifts, Coins, Gems and optional ads

Free gifts arrive every 24 hours. Daily challenges and home projects earn Coins and Gems. Paid packs are optional. A random discovery does not guarantee a particular design; check its current odds before spending. Collection gifts contain one random design, may include duplicates, and use your ready daily gift or cost 10 Coins. The current contents and equal odds appear before opening.

Optional rewarded ads offer personal colour changes, home-cleaning help, decorative frames lasting 20 minutes and a chosen home emblem. They never grant Coins, Gems or building supplies, and do not shorten delivery timers. Where available, Rewards → Gifts also offers one random classic piece for one completed ad, up to twice per UTC day. These ad gifts stay in your home and cannot be exchanged. The offer shows the odds and remaining allowance; saved gifts do not expire. The four personal-perk categories independently cost 1 ad per reward for its first 5 rewards that day, 2 ads for rewards 6–10, 3 ads for rewards 11–15, and so on, with no daily viewing cap. Prices reset at midnight UTC. Unfinished rewards keep their quoted price and saved progress; you can save one unused reward per category. Every ad is optional and started separately. Completed ads can take a moment to be verified; check the saved result before watching another step. Ad colours are personal: exchanged gifts and purchased copies use the original or purchased colour.
